WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:30 PM.
Please make sure to respect these times.

We kindly ask you to notify us by phone in case of delay so we can make the necessary arrangements.

On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate the cottage by 11:00 AM, so we can prepare it with the utmost care for the next guests.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept bank transfers and cash.
WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR COFFEE AND TEA?

The coffee machine uses ground coffee. Don’t forget to bring your own coffee.

A tea kettle is available. Don’t forget to bring your tea.

Filters for the coffee machine are provided.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets cannot be accommodated on the property, as there are other free-roaming animals on-site (chickens, cat, dog).

Additionally, the property is not fenced.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES?

The cottage is strictly non-smoking!

However, smoking is allowed outside, provided that cigarette butts are properly disposed of in an ashtray.

IS THE POOL HEATED?

The pool is not heated; however, it is covered with a pool enclosure that helps retain the warmth.

IS THE COTTAGE AIR-CONDITIONED?

Yes, the cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning, which also allows for heating during cooler weather.

IS HOUSEHOLD LINEN PROVIDED?

Yes, household linen is provided (bed sheets and bath towels).

Towels must not be used for makeup removal or hair dye!

Just remember to bring your own beach towels for swimming in the pool, the Dordogne River, or the Groléjac lake.

IS THE POOL OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND?

The pool is open from April to October.

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF THE TOURIST TAX?
The amount of the tourist tax is € per adult, per day.
CAN WE CHARGE AN ELECTRIC CAR?

An electrical outlet connected to an energy meter is available for car charging.

Electricity costs resulting from electric vehicle charging will be billed 0,27€/kWh on the day of departure.

Additional Information

Prices include all energy costs related to the accommodation: electricity, heating, and water usage. Electric vehicle charging and tourist taxes will be billed separately.

Payment by bank transfer or cash.

Payment Terms

30% deposit at the time of booking and the balance 30 days before your arrival at the cottage. A €250 security deposit (by check or cash) will be returned after the departure inventory.
